Outstanding stay for our honeymoon, surpassed our expectations, the place is beautiful, views are better than pictures. Kalkan is absolutely stunning. And this villa is more private and with more nature views than the main bay village area. Driving distance to the downtown area is about 8mins. The entrance to the villa is VERY steep so careful with your car if you have a rental. The owner of the villa's name is Musa and he is available to respond within seconds for any needs you have. Super nice guy. Comes every morning to clean the pool too. Christine who manages the property's reservations is also superhelpful, honest, and very quick to respond. Only feedback would be to maintain more reliable electricity. We lost power a few times during the stay. In general this is something that happens sometimes in remote areas in Turkey, and this villa is in a more new unpopulated area. It always came back at night though so we never slept without AC, it didnt really affect our trip much. Bottom line is, come stay here, if you think the pictures look good, you will be stunned to see how much better it is in real life! I'd give it 7 stars if i could."

Bitmesini istemediğimiz bir tatil geçirmemizde emeği geçen Hüseyin bey ve yeliz hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz. Evin içine girene kadar aklımızda acaba pis midir göründüğü gibi midir gibi sorular dolaşıyordu ta ki Evin kapısından girinceye kadar. İlk başta evin temizliğiyle gönlümüz çelindi ve fotoğrafta ne gördüysek hiç sürprizsiz aynısıyla karşılaştık evin fazlası vardı eksiği yoktu. Evin bir diğer artısı bizim araştırdığımız kadarıyla kalkanın fiyat performans olarak en uygun restaurantlar ve kahvaltı mekanlarıyla aynı mahallede olması. Kafa dinlemelik eşinizle baş başa vakit geçirebileceğiniz harika bir yer. Şahane bir atmosfer. Villadan çıktığınız anda seneye tekrar mı gelsek diye düşüneceğinize eminiz :)

Villa burcum'da balayımızı geçirdik. Villa bize tertemiz teslim edildi. Hem çok kullanışlı hemde yepyeni bir havası vardı. Bahçesi havuzu ve yatak odası havuzu en güzel detaylardı. Banyoları tertemizdi. Hem ferah hemde çok güzel bir havası var bu villanın. Ve en özel ve güzel zamanımı bu villada geçirdim. Daha önce hiç gitmediğimiz Kalkan'da böylesine güzel ve iyi niyetli villa sahipleri ile daha öncesinde tanışmak isterdim. Hem bize aile hemde inanılmaz güzel bir ev sahipliği yaptılar. Çoğu yer denedim tatil için ama Villa Burcu bizim için bambaşkaydı. Sessiz sakin ve tertemiz bir balayı ve tatil geçirmek istiyorsanız mutlaka şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Hem çok memnun kaldım hemde çok özlüyorum. Yine ve tekrar Villa burcum da kalmak nasip olur. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz, hem güleryüz hemde bize orada aile olduğunuz için. Çıktığımızda hepimizin ya 7 gün ne çabuk ne zaman geçti de bitti deyip üzülerek çıktığımız ve keşke 4-5 gün daha fazla reserve etmiş olsaydık dediğimiz bir tatil oldu. Villa her anlamda iç dizaynı ile olsun içindeki mobilya ve elektrik eşyaları ile olsun , teras ve havuz bölümü ile olsun tam anlamı ile lüx ve muhteşem bir villa idi. Villa Sahibi Rasim Bey ve tüm ailesi için ne söylesem az gelecek , biz misafirlerini öyle bir içtenlikle ve samimiyetle ağırladı ve alakadar olduki , kendimizi cidden Villa da kalan bir kiracı gibi değil de - sanki Rasim Bey’in özel misafiri imiş gibi hissettik- burdan tekrar bütün aile ye binlerce kez teşekkürler ........

Biraz korkarak geldiğim, ilk defa villa tatili tercih ettiğim için çekindiğim bir halden Yusuf bey gibi bir ilgili ve yetkiliyle tanışıp mükemmel ötesi villasında konakladığımız için gerçekten çok mutluyuz ve kendimizi çok şanslı hissediyoruz. Özellikle balayı tatili yapacak olan çiftler için çok güzel bir yer. Gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebilirsiniz. Manzarasına hayran kalacaksınız. Çok sessiz huzur dolu bir tatil isteyenler için birebir. Ev sahibi Kemal beyde çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlı bir insan. Gönül rahatlığıyla önerebilirim

The villa was clean and a great place to stay , even with nine adults staying there was room for everyone to have time out if need be . If you have toddlers The second pool is ideal for them to safely splash around in . I would recommend this to large families

Easy living, clean and spacious with fantastic views. Ideal for families. Property looks out over the Kalkan bay from the top rooms. Meals outside are great with plent of space and a good sized BBQ. The Aircon is fantastic and in all appropriate rooms. Well suited for 10 I'd say or 12 if 2 are children as 1 room is just off a 'parents' room with a shared toilet/bathroom. English speaking owner who is very helpful too. WiFi in Kalkan is not state of the art and if you want an online holiday throughout all floors, pack a cheap range extender. It a great pool with room for all to lounge around. Kalkan is hillly but taxi's are cheap and plentiful with the standard taxi being a 6 seater with local trips being 20tyl (about £3). The Villa is very close to Hotel Finanka (which is very picturesque, great food, great cocktails) so easy for taxi's to find you. Pick one and he'll give you his number then pick you up outside anytime with 5 mins notice. so, very clean villa, well set out, attentive English speaking owner (on request/not intrusive). Shop 2 mins away with Superb homemade Baklava and all standard supplies. You don't need a car though parking is easy if you rent one. Beach club down hill on waterfront just charges for food and drink consumed but provides sunbeds and wide range of standard food. A great place for a largeish group. We were a party of 6 and didn't use 3 of the bedrooms. Plenty of hot and cold water. There is a superb water cooler for unlimited cold drinks in the kitchen freeing up fridge space. Big fridge and freezer downtairs and another fridge on the top floor by the top terrace. Views out the windows at night across the bay just melt the stress away. All 6 of us really enjoyed it here. Go on the Canoe trip for best mud pool experience and get on a boat trip for pampered day in sea with all food cooked aboard for you. Both are good value. Spar day at Atlantis and even the massage and the beach club were great. Meals in Kalkan and the wine were of a high standard with only one poor experience. Cocktails up in the tree house are recommended for about 6 people. Ring the bell on a rope pulley and they pop up to take your order. In summary this is a great place for families/groups
